Most seat plans have no way to read cost automatically. You enter the price, the number of seats and the start date once.
Cost per person
List who holds the seats and the cost splits evenly across them. Seats you don't assign stay visible as unassigned.
History stays right
Change the seat count later and only new days use it. Past days keep the count they were billed at.

- Usage detail. These plans have no reporting API, so usage stays in the vendor's own app.

How it works
Pick the plan, enter the price per seat, the number of seats, the billing period and the start date. Optionally list who holds the seats. RootSpend turns that into one prorated cost per day, split evenly across the people you listed.

Seat plans questions
Claude Team, Claude Enterprise seats, Claude Pro or Max, ChatGPT Business, ChatGPT Enterprise or Edu, ChatGPT Plus or Pro, and Google AI Pro or Ultra each have their own option. Anything else billed per seat, like Cursor or Perplexity, goes in as a custom seat plan.
These plans don't offer a cost API. Entering the price and seats once is the only way to see them next to the rest of your spend.
